My items are not appearing when I enter the item number. How do I get on-contract items to show up in Seabright?

For each item that is not populating, please provide the following:

  • Item number(s)
  • Description(s)
  • Pricing

Our team will bring this to the attention of the hospital's Supply Chain Department (and cc you) and request approval to add the item(s) to your supplier price file. You may need to provide the most up-to-date price file in Excel format.
